Chapter 9 Page 411: The Cyrus Accords
Key to addressing history, irreversibly transforming every country
If the Crown Prince (now Prime Minister) of Saudi Arabia had understood answers to 6 questions and 2 facts in 2011: Your life, his life, the Middle East and our world would be completely different today.
More than 90% of adults under the age of 38 today in Saudi Arabia and Malaysia do not know or understand the answers to 6 questions and 2 facts in 2011, otherwise Saudi Arabia and Malaysia would be completely different today.
As of 23 February 2023, it is 520 days since the Taliban banned girls from school. 560 days since the Taliban subjected females to their dehumanising rule. 44 years since Ayatollah Khomeini returned to Tehran, to complete the Islamic Revolution which plunged the people of Iran into despair while warping Iran’s military potential to become a primary security threat to its neighbouring countries within the same region. It has been more than 150 days since Mahsa Amini was murdered, resulting in ongoing protests from various generations and social and strata groups across Iran.
~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~
What does all this have to do with the Cyrus Accords, a description of an imagined peace deal which remains only a fantasy, unless there is a method and solution to enable it to become reality? Iranians should chart their own destiny.
Due to current geopolitical reality, how does the basis and possibility of a unique solution able to enable the birth of the Cyrus Accords result in permanently disabling the Iranian regime including the IRGC and its proxies such as Hezbollah, while permanently destroying the raison d'être of all jihadist groups including Hamas, Al-Qaeda, Taliban, ISIS, Hezbollah, and Palestinian Islamic Jihad?
On 27 April 2021 to mark the fifth anniversary of Saudi Arabia’s Vision 2030 strategy, the Crown Prince gave a lengthy interview of almost 90 minutes on Al-Arabiya, about his economic and social programs and reforms for the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. He declared the Qurʼān to be the Constitution of Saudi Arabia forever, which the Kingdom is obliged to implement. He also spoke of not deifying any human, when it pertains to ijtihād. And with regards to religious reform whereby sources of religious legislation require reviewing while needing to be in accordance with Sharīʿah, he claimed the government must implement Qurʼānic teachings and regulations in accordance with mutawātir oral traditions.
On 3 March 2022, Saudi Gazette reported on the Crown Prince speaking about a project to educate the Muslim world and make a huge difference for all Muslims when it comes to oral traditions in the Sunnah. He has delegated a project to properly organise, document and publish the various oral traditions into three categories, including mutawātir oral traditions. As per his words in the article, this project is supposedly in the final stages and at some point could be “put out, and maybe two years from today”.
Crown Prince Muḥammad bin Salmān Āl Su‘ūd also claimed mutawātir oral traditions are few in number and must be adhered to. He wants this project to "protect Hadith from the misuse of extremists and terrorists" and "educate the Muslim world about how do you use Hadith", as reported by Saudi Gazette.
Within a May 2021 opinion piece published in Middle East Eye regarding the Crown Prince’s interview on Al-Arabiya, Professor H Fadel, Law Professor at University of Toronto expounded on this significance defining a mutawātir oral tradition:
“A hadith of the Prophet is considered only if it was reported by such a large number of transmitters across generations that it is inconceivable it could have been fabricated. In other words, the hadith needs to have been transmitted on the same scale as the Quran, the transmission of which, everyone agrees, satisfies this stringent requirement. Otherwise, in the case of hadiths that do not rise to this level of certainty, the government will only apply them to the extent that they are consistent with the well-being of the people of Saudi Arabia.”
The Crown Prince is now the Prime Minister of Saudi Arabia. Today, 22 February 2023, is the Founding Day of Saudi Arabia, the second year it is celebrated as a holiday commemorating the Establishment of the Saudi State. This national holiday could have happened much earlier. However, the Crown Prince remains unaware of two life-changing factors which would have made his life completely different. He was studying to obtain his 2007 law degree in King Saud University in Riyadh. He did not realise how a website and a book originating in Saudi Arabia could fundamentally alter his life, his country, and our world:
1) Saudi Arabia’s Ministry of Islamic Affairs, Endowments, Da’wah and Guidance had published more than 100 mutawātir oral traditions in fluent English and was accessible online by the entire world in 2006, whereby the 22nd and 23rd mutawātir oral traditions on that list pertaining to the sun rising from its place of setting are timeless and necessary in the Sunnah to explain how 6:158 of the Qurʼān was given.
2) Within King Saud University but in a different department during the time of the Crown Prince being a university student, a prolific scholar and professor on the subject of the Sunnah already knew everything about these mutawātir oral traditions. This resulted in a major Islamic publishing house producing his book in 2010 about these mutawātir oral traditions within major signs and minor signs of The Hour in fluent English and Arabic, for Muslims worldwide to follow.
It is time for 2 projects to cross paths: The project started by the Crown Prince in 2022, and an education project concerning specific Accords which is currently unknown to the entire world.
As of September 2022, the Islamic scholar -who once worked in King Saud University while the Crown Prince was a student- currently has more than 22 million followers on his Arabic Facebook, and more than 19 million followers on his Arabic Twitter account. Any scholar of Sunni Islam who claims to have the authority to teach fellow Muslims will know of the six pillars of faith (arkān al-īmān) and associated mutawātir oral traditions in Sunni Islam.
The six pillars of faith includes belief in the oneness of Allah, the books of Allah, the angels of Allah, the messengers of Allah, the Day of Judgement identified by 36 names in the Qurʼān and the minor and major signs preceding that day, and belief in divine decree which is also known as predestination. Within the pillar pertaining to the Day of Judgement are mutawātir oral traditions about the Rising of the Sun From Its Place of Setting. These pillars of faith and the mutawātir oral traditions have been preserved for more than 1000 years in accordance with specifics in the scholarship of Sunni Islam, by the leaders of Islam who designated themselves as the leaders of Islam after the death of the prophet Muhammad.
In 2010, Al-Shaikh Muhammad ibn ‘Abd Al-Rahman Al-‘Areefi held prestigious positions in his fields, in Saudi Arabia. Accolades include being a member of the Supreme Council of Islamic Media, while also a professor of Aqīdah and Contemporary Religions and Maḏhabs at King Saud University in Riyadh. Few clerics in Saudi Arabia have his international reach while wielding domestic prestige. His book published in 2010 was possible due to support from entities such as the Saudi Telecommunications Company, which he also gives thanks to.
If the Crown Prince of Saudi Arabia was fully aware of the list of mutawātir oral traditions produced by the Ulama Council for Saudi Arabia’s Ministry of Islamic Affairs, Endowments, Da’wah in 2006, and if he was also aware of the 2010 Darussalam book titled “THE SIGNS OF THE HOUR: MAJOR AND MINOR”, the Crown Prince would not have made impossible wrong statements about governing Saudi Arabia in his interview on 27 April 2021. His interview would have been entirely different. His life and the lives of people in Saudi Arabia would also be entirely different. The countries of the Middle East would be different in so many fields and societies.
Intentional betrayal is not always about complete lies. Intention betrayal can be the choice of withholding information, or deliberately being over-selective with information, or inserting false information within reliable information and thereby warps the truth of what is presented.
To understand someone, it is important to investigate and comprehend how and why they use certain words or definitions, and how they justify certain systems. This is necessary if you want to identify accurate history, the foundations and principles of an institute, an ideology, a civilisation, why someone cannot agree with you, when someone is ignorantly feeding you misinformation, or when someone is intentionally feeding you disinformation.
Teachers are more important than this world understands, because the wrong teachers in positions of authority usually result in dire consequences which are not realised until much later. Teachers are respected as leaders. Leaders are not teachers who mislead people while hiding behind the same people they exploit to die for them. Leaders are not teachers who exploit people to provide them with livelihoods and power, training innocent young men and children to be martyrs and destroying entire families while pretending to be noble and worthy of respect and praise.
The Crown Prince needs to see the list of mutawātir oral traditions as they were presented on the website by Saudi Arabia’s Ministry of Islamic Affairs, Endowments, Da’wah and Guidance, for the world to access in 2006, specifically the words of the 22nd and 23rd mutawātir oral traditions on that list of more than 300 mutawātir oral traditions. The Crown Prince also needs to see pages 411 to 415 from the 2010 book of Shaikh Muhammad ibn ‘Abd Al-Rahman Al-‘Areefi. In crystal-clear English and Arabic including quoting the Qurʼān, it is irrefutably evident that the quoted mutawātir oral traditions matching the 22nd and 23rd mutawātir oral traditions on the Ministry’s list prove Companions of the Prophet Muhammad and the Prophet Muhammad clearly believed this planet is flat and not a three-dimensional globe of countries with varying time zones, while also providing the full context of how 6:158 of the Qurʼān was given because the first three generations of Muslims most honoured in the Sunnah are united in belief that this planet resembles a flat surface of two points which the sun traverses between, in order to determine night and day.
After seeing these pages, the Crown Prince needs to consider and realise the answers to the questions below, if he wants to truly understand how and why betrayal of his family line extends back through history beyond one thousand years:
1) As understood by Sunni Muslims today, the Qurʼān and the two key sources of authentic oral traditions known as Sahîh al-Bukhâri and Sahîh Muslim regarding the sun rising from its place of setting are more than 1000 years old. Islam has existed for 1443 years, as of today. Anyone in Sunni Islam who wants to claim to be able to have the official authority to teach Sunni Muslims about Sunni Islam must know about mutawātir oral traditions, within undeniable obligations of five pillars of practise and six pillars of faith according to the Sunnah of Sunni Islam. The mutawātir oral traditions about the major sign of the sun rising from its place of setting is an essential part of one of the pillars of faith, to believe in Yawm al-Qiyāmah and al-Sā’ah. A system of scholarship able to comprehend the basics of Sunni Islam’s history connects everything mentioned in this paragraph. Such a scholarship is the basis for certain people claiming authority within Sunni Islam, regardless of various external critics discussing the flaws of historical scholarship within Sunni Islam.
Whether it is less than 100 mutawātir oral traditions as opined by the Crown Prince and reported in the Saudi Gazette, or more than 300 mutawātir oral traditions as presented by Saudi Arabia’s Ministry of Islamic Affairs, Endowments, Da’wah and Guidance in 2006: mutawātir oral traditions about the major sign of the sun rising from its place of setting are definitely classified within the first 40 mutawātir oral traditions in Sunni Islam.
Given advanced modern technology for more than 20 years, why are all Sunni Muslims in many countries today unaware and not fully educated about this major sign comprised of mutawātir oral traditions belonging to one of the six pillars of faith, which is part of obligatory essential basic belief in īmān?
2) The answer to question 1 above will become much easier to understand, if you also realise the answer to this second question. To understand this question and find its answer, you need to have a certain amount of awareness about countries outside the Middle East and Western countries, and find commonly-overlooked connections between Southeast Asia, South Asia, the Middle East and USA.
Past and present, there are imams originally from countries such as USA, India, Bosnia, Syria, and Pakistan teaching how Islam is a Dīn and not a religion. Such imams also teach Muslims in their classes about how “Dīn” cannot be translated as “religion” according to specific Arabic dictionaries enabling one to properly comprehend how the earliest Muslims understood certain words correctly. Their audiences who are victims of overly-selective education believe in them and do not know any better.
Many Muslims across Southeast Asia and East Asia are not aware that Islam is a Dīn and not a religion, and do not know why “Dīn” cannot be translated as “religion” according to specific Arabic dictionaries. Several governments of countries in Southeast Asia remain puzzled as to why their citizens of widely-different backgrounds in education succumb to terrorist ideology, to advocate for or join groups such as Islamic State. The terrorists themselves are victims of overly-selective education, once you also understand Question 3 below.
What is impressive is the preservation of fundamental knowledge in Sunni Islam for more than 1000 years, such that a homegrown African-American who only became a Muslim and imam in Pittsburgh as an adult knows that Islam is a dīn and not a religion, and part of what he teaches to Muslims in his masjid sounds eerily similar to what a former grand Mufti of Saudi Arabia declared in a fatwa. The fatwa you seek is now at the website of The General Presidency of Scientific Research and Ifta. This website is part of a collection of official government websites to enable citizens, residents and visitors of Saudi Arabia to find the necessary. Fatwas related to the dīn of Islam and all other innovations such as Christianity, Hinduism, Buddhism, paganism, Judaism being false can be found, in Arabic and English.
Do you understand why Islam is a dīn and not a religion and cannot be wrongly translated or understood as “religion” because of what Islam truly is, according to imams, living and deceased? It is time for the world to see what these imams have been teaching, so you can comprehend for yourself context and words which you may have been wrongly taught or not fully taught. Please ask why you do not know all this.
3) As of 2010, a majority of Sunni Muslims in many countries had not been taught full details of 1) and 2) combined. To do so would have completely and irrefutably destroyed any credibility or authority of Islam and the Qurʼān in every field and society in every country today. This truth also applies today, in 2023.
Sunni Islam was the orthodox division of Islam in 2011, Islam having a global population of more than 1.6 billion Muslims and more than 85% of Muslims in the global population adhering to Sunni Islam. Sunni Islam is still the orthodox division of Islam with more than 1.4 billion adherents today, overwhelmingly constituting more than 87% of today’s believers in Islam. If a Muslim in Sunni Islam understood 1) pertaining to the Rising Of The Sun From its Place of Setting relative to the scholarship which has preserved the six pillars of faith in Sunni Islam, it would be fundamentally destructive to Sunni Islam. The details of 1) have been avoided by the leaders of Islam living in countries such as Malaysia and Indonesia in Southeast Asia, or these countries would be very different today.
If a Muslim in Sunni Islam understands 2) but does not know about 1) and its full importance, there is a never-ending supply of victims who brainwash their children or fellow ignorant victims to become sacrifices harming other innocent people for the leaders of Islam. If a Muslim in Sunni Islam does not know 1) and 2), what you have are good people used as plausible deniability. Understanding Arabic does not equate to automatically being able to find 1) and 2) in Sunni Islam, because you would have to sieve through many books and even then, you cannot be certain.
For more than 1000 years, Sunni Islam is ultimately about a majority of victims led by a minority of people who refuse to inform the majority about certain facts in Sunni Islam. This conclusion could only be confirmed within the last 20 years.
Any member of royalty who has ever believed they are classified as leaders of Islam within Islam are completely wrong. This includes the Ottoman Sultans, Sultans of Brunei or Malaysia, the Crown Prince of Saudi Arabia, and the father and grandfather of the Crown Prince of Saudi Arabia. If they disagree, they should take up their disagreements with at least one prestigious institute of Sunni Islam, who has made clear the specificity of the only type of Muslim who is a leader of Sunni Islam, after the prophet Muhammad passed away.
Do the Crown Prince and his father understand who has rendered their entire family and the people of Saudi Arabia as victims of ignorance and why a majority of Sunni Muslims in many countries such as Malaysia are also similar victims, because many only know 1) or 2), or do not know 1) and 2)? The likes of Hamas, Taliban, Al-Qaeda, ISIS, Palestinian Islamic Jihad and all other Islamic terrorist groups worldwide understand 2) but remain ignorant of the primary relevancy of 1). They have committed many horrible crimes but I have the compassion and conviction to claim that they too are victims of ignorance, and they need you to heal their ignorance by showing them the truth of why their raison d'être never had any justified basis to begin with.
4) Why and how is it possible for the mutawātir oral traditions related to the Rising Of The Sun From its Place Of Setting to be preserved for more than 1000 years, including the workings of the Sunnah known only to the leaders of Sunni Islam responsible for preserving them for more than 1000 years, and yet this is kept from a majority of Sunni Muslims in every country today?
History can only be fairly resolved and peace brought to the Middle East, when the world is presented the official information for these 4 questions. It is the only method to effectively start undoing misinformation, half-truths and disinformation in many issues across many countries for more than 1000 years, which a majority of Sunni Muslims have been fed by a minority of Sunni Muslims wrongly entrusted with authority.
Can the Crown Prince of Saudi Arabia accept and forgive his father and grandfather and their fathers before them being kept ignorant, through deception of being denied fundamental life-changing information by those they trusted and still trust? Vision 2030 could have happened much earlier. The women and children of Afghanistan have suffered and are now suffering terribly from also living with such consequences. The people of Iran need to create their own future, so Iran can finally be a friendly protective powerful neighbour alongside all other neighbours in the Middle East.
What will the rulers of Saudi Arabia choose: the future of Saudi Arabia, or continued disinformation and misinformation which is crippling Saudi Arabia and the Middle East?
Only the family which holds the reins as Custodian Of The Two Holy Mosques has the unique global authority to officially present such information to the world and stop creating future victims while helping victims today to heal, to change our world forever for the better.
The children of Afghanistan, Iran, Saudi Arabia, Israel and all other countries in the Middle East need this. The threats to the Middle East can only be addressed by the Middle East. Only then can peace finally prevail. A prosperous peaceful Middle East is a powerful region with the potential to outstrip all other regions, because of hugely-untapped potential for collaboration, transformations and future examples to emulate.
A nuclear Iran will harm the Iranian people, first and foremost. The ayatollahs of Iran never had any divine credibility or authority to rule, and the IRGC must be helped to understand this. Educate our world, and much will change. Regions such as Southeast Asia and West Asia have the modern technology, media and other means to do so. Military options will not fully stop the nuclear threat of the Iranian ayatollahs. The IAEA recently detected Iranian uranium enrichment at 84%, close to weapons-grade 90% uranium enrichment.
It is now or never to make a decision about this, for the countries of the Middle East within reach of Tehran.
To truly fortify the national security of Saudi Arabia and various countries throughout the Middle East, the project instituted by the Crown Prince of Saudi Arabia to educate Muslims worldwide about mutawātir oral traditions can do so, but requires interaction with this specific education project harnessing Accords of unique details unknown to our world.
What is the responsibility of the Prime Minister of Saudi Arabia? What is a honourable responsibility of a father to his child?
Suicide attacks and other crimes in many countries must stop. Misguided weaponised hatred due to betrayal from teachers, which leads a 13-year-old to stab a fellow Muslim wrongly believing he will become a martyr blessed with certain glories in an afterlife of certain specifics, must also stop. Families must stop raising their children to waste their lives as martyrs for Islam.
Do you know why Islamic scholars in Saudi Arabia always disagreed with national events commemorating Saudi Arabia or any kings of Saudi Arabia in modern times? In 1950, King Abdulaziz wanted to celebrate the capture of Riyadh, but he had to cancel the event after objections from senior Islamic scholars in Saudi Arabia. What about January 1999, when there were plans to commemorate a celebration of the rule of King Abdulaziz as a founding father and for unifying Saudi Arabia, and fatwas were issued by Islamic scholars against such events? How many times have Islamic scholars in Saudi Arabia objected to anything deemed as a national celebration of Saudi Arabia?
Read “Saudi Arabia’s National Day(s): An Evolving State-Formation Narrative” by Eman Alhussein, for a few examples. To be fully-informed, find all the fatwas and objections issued by all Islamic scholars within Saudi Arabia, starting from the time King Abdulaziz was alive and up until today.
Answer the 4 questions raised here, and you will understand many essential fundamental facts withheld from more than 6 billion people every day, as of today. Answer 2 more questions stated below, and the picture becomes absolute:
Why have a majority of Sunni Muslims been deceived about two combined facts being fundamental obligatory knowledge within Sunni Islam but that knowledge has been preserved in totality by those responsible for it until today, for more than 1000 years? How many Saudi Arabians under the age of 38 today are completely aware and understand 1) and 2)?
This entire summary is produced with great sadness, providing snippets of evidence which you have yet to see.
Would you give authority to people telling you National Day or Independence Day cannot be celebrated, when these people are also obligated to believe that the sun rises and sets literally over a flat earth from more than 1000 years ago? Is it your responsibility to find out why the leaders of Sunni Islam in many countries did not teach all Sunni Muslims about the major sign of the Sun Rising From Its Place Of Setting?
Look at the suicide bombers killing fellow Muslims and non-Muslims. They did not deserve to be deceived, to have their lives wasted in such horrible methods. Look at the children being brought up to believe in any of the seven ways of martyrdom in Sunni Islam. When any of them die because of any method of supposed martyrdom as per the Sunnah, they will not be attaining what they have been deceived into believing. Their parents are only consoled because they wrongly believe their children have obtained great blessings, instead of realizing their children have been brainwashed into wasting their lives because of deceit from others.
On 1 January 2023, an Iranian-born former USA Deputy Special Envoy to combat antisemitism posted the tweet below:
Ellie Cohanim’s tweet about the Cyrus Accords will only remain as theoretical constructs and words without substance, unless a small group of people have the courage and intellect and skills to embody the importance of doing what is right, for the sake of children and families in every country. Such people must come together to prepare and connect and communicate the necessary, and reach out to the Crown Prince of Saudi Arabia, for him to understand how he has been a victim and in turn created other victims or perpetuated the suffering of other victims, because of betrayal by those he assumed as teachers of reliable authority.
If you are not invited to read this, I would ask you not to share this because it is not yet ready for the world, and in the process of being prepared to do so.
If you are reading this due to an invitation, you are someone who has been approached because you are suitable, to help in the process of eventually informing the Crown Prince of Saudi Arabia, helping the children of all countries, and creating the first step to lasting peace in the Middle East. Whether akin to lighting a candle in connecting people, contributing linguistically or some other aspect(s) which are all vital to make this project a reality, every action counts.
